Warning - Do not get Pacenet! EVER

HiJust moved to mumbai, the building im living in Malad West, does not have Airtel, they only have Pacenet provided by Hrishi Cable. I got a 2mbps connection and it took them 7 days to install, and then for three days I got 250 kps download and after that its stuck under a 100 kbps... So I have been calling and tried everything after a week this guy comes and says its shared bandwidth - WTF - I said what does that mean? He is like this is it... Best we can do. And I asked for a refund, the cable guy says talk to pacenet, the pacenet guy says talk to cable guy..Dont really give a F&%^ about the money now, but they should not get business... Anyway wish there was airtel here!! SucksCheers
