this is a bad time to upgrade pc, rams are sitting at all time high prices, use to cost 1400 to 2k max for 16gb set.

1) What is your usage with the current rig? General purpose or Gaming/graphic intenstive usage or mixed with seldom gaming/graphing?

2) What is your current spec in full. (Like dedicated gpu, psu, hdd (sata or ssd) etc?

3) What components you are going to use from the old rig for the new rig? Like if you gonna use the monitor, keypad mouse combo, psu etc with the new rig?

4) reason for upgrade?

5) Max planned budget?

the fundamental building block required is budget 😛 without that its pointless looking at stuff
