MTNL Delhi want to migrate from 999ul to 1899ul is it advisable or any good freedom plan is better?

I have been using the 999ul plan which give a download speed of 120kbps avg and upload of 50kbps
i want to get a download speed of 200kbps and upload atleast 100kbs what you all suggest.

And what are the speed attained actually in the freedom 2mbps and 4mbps plans
 
Upload 100kBps is difficult.

Expect around 180-220kBps on 2 Mbps
And around 450-480kBps on 4Mbps.

what would be the upload speed there then ?KBps?
and is it viable to upgrade to 2mbps in UL plan or the freedom plan is better?
 
Upload speed is same in most of plan.
The newer 8mbps plan have higher 768kbps speed, rest all plan shows 512kbps.
 
1899 is a good plan

speed: dwd.speed is just under 200KBs though.

Upload should be around 60KBs.

Pings are not that good currently, speed test not loading, so not that good for online gaming
 

He is already using mtnl, so changing plan won't reduce ping time drastically.
 
unlimited plan is awesome. i got 3499 plan but i think 1899 one will be great too i think you should upgrade
 
Omg you are looting mtnl on per gb basis 😛 hope its not all pron you download
