HG850a can be used in bridge mode.
What you need to do is disable internet connection on router and unbind 1-2 ports on router to be connected directly.
connect your new router/modem to this LAN port and setup PPPoe connection.
This would work fine.

What should I put in DNS.
For client pc I use DNS 202.157.76.200
And 202.157.76.200

202.157.76.4 is my tenda router up
202.157.76.200 is my windows server ip
I'm curious. How are you getting multiple public IPv4 addresses? What kind of BSNL FTTH connection is this?

Can you please help me out by giving some screenshots of your settings of both the routers so i can try the same myself.

@mayank yadav will provide them soon.
The basics steps are
  1. login to ONT
  2. goto wan setup and uncheck "enable" option
  3. goto lan settings and uncheck ports you wish to use in bridge mode.
After this if you connect to unchecked ports it will work in bridge mode. you won't be able to access ont settings on these unchecked ports.

Added screenshots.
