I finished downloading Fedora but i tried playing with LiveCD but couldn't. Is it because i have all the drives under NTFS file system?

Not the matter what file system you are using, the live cd will boot even without a hard disc. Try burning disc at lowest writing speed or use fedora live usb creator.

yeah. as long as you can boot from a CD/DVD, Live CD would work fine.

check if your bios is set to bot from cd before hard disk.

Yeah tried with low speed but still nothing. I will try it with live usb creator.
