vsnl email problem

I'm not sure whether "requires authentication" would work...

all the options are correct.... my server requires authentication is checked.... and same as incoming mail server is also checked...

what abt the AVG or oether antivirus and firewalls like zonealarm? Do u have them and sure these are not interfering?

I got this message after configuring as u said

I got this message after configuring as u said
always type @johnvsnl etc if you want reply from someone who has posted in this thread.No idea who told you what/when.
Anyway you cannot send mail with rrgr @ vsnl.com in Dataone.
You can receive messages for this email ID.
To send email use abc @ dataone.in or abc @ bsnl.in
Para two : How many e mail accounts you have ?
Presume you know how to set accounts in OE or Outlook or whatever email client you are using.. OUTLOOK EXPRESS CONFIGURATION
