VoWiFi issues with restricted WiFi Networks

VoWiFi calls are not getting connected by auto switch over to 4G VoLTE when connected to restricted WiFi networks where VoWiFi calling is blocked intentionally or unintentionally. Calls get connected only when WiFi or WiFi Calling option is disabled. Same issue is observed on Redmi Note 8 Pro & Samsung Galaxy M30s on Jio network.
