Vonage (adapter Lynksys Pap2) & Airtel

HiI have sent an activated Vonage adapter (Linksys PAP 2 Ver 2 with 2 ports) to my parents in Bangalore.I am told that BSNL takes 3 months to provide a new DSL connection.I am planning to take airtel DSL connection for them.Can anyone please let me know whether vonage –Linksys PAP 2 adapter works fine with airtel DSL – if there are any issues – how to overcome the same.
