VOIP with OOMA hub and Model ADSL

components:-OOMA HUB [this is the VOIP device]Modem - SmartAX MT-882ISP - BSNL I had replaced the original ADSL splitter with the ooma splitter. Then hooked the splitter to the modem to the hub to the PC. I fail to get a connection with the error 518. Who can help overcome this issues? RegardsSandysha

I had replaced the original ADSL splitter with the ooma splitter. Then hooked the splitter to the modem to the hub to the PC.

I fail to get a connection with the error 518.

Who can help overcome this issues?

Did you enable DHCP in the modem ?
In the modem Use PPP/PPPoE connection.
After setting up and saving open the summary Page ( In IE)

Against 0_35 does the connection show Green ? Else click icon "NOTE"
Could you use the Computer after the above set up ?Every time you loose connection you may have to repeat this step.

Para two: There does not seem to be any other settings change you can do in OOMA.
Did you download the user manual ? see the connection pictures for Telephone connection. Page 6 onwards.
