VoIP with BSNL Broadband

I am trying to install Netgear WGR 613 V which is a VoIP adapter cum wireless router. I am able to connect it to internet through the Data One Huawei modem and surf but not able to get a dial tone and make any call. Can somebody help me?

are you using ppoe mode or bridged mode??Does the internet work as soon as you switch on your modem or are you dialing using your computeR?

Thanks for the prompt reply. But my instrument( 613) is VoIP adapter cum wireless router. 614 is just a wireless router.Thanks for the response. Now I don't have to dial. The internet starts as soon as I start my modem

please go to http://192.168.1.1 and enter username and password as admin .. this is your modem's configuration page.. you will find a DHCP tab .. please let me know if DHCP is enabled or not

you said you have a Huawei modem right?? from what i know.. the default ip for it is http://192.168.1.1 so if you open this and type the username and password you should reach the huawei modem's page...

This web page asks for a password. Is this a default password like 'password' or something else? What is lodin id ? admin?
