VOIP ( Nettalk) not working on Binatone

Has anyone tried using a VoIP phone on the modem-router of Airtel? My Nettalk which worked smoothly with You Broadband's cable modem, doesn't seem to work with Airtel. Anyone tried this?

I don't use airtel myself, heard from someone here only. you using this on sip adapter?

I'm using the Nettalk SIP adapter. Yes.

No Airtel doesnt block VoIP ports, there must be some other problem, i have many ATA's working on Airtel

So I tried connecting it via USB to my PC. That works. I turned off the router firewal and connected it to the router. Still not working 🙁.
