VOIP ( Nettalk) not working on Binatone

Has anyone tried using a VoIP phone on the modem-router of Airtel? My Nettalk which worked smoothly with You Broadband's cable modem, doesn't seem to work with Airtel. Anyone tried this?

I don't use airtel myself, heard from someone here only. you using this on sip adapter?

No Airtel doesnt block VoIP ports, there must be some other problem, i have many ATA's working on Airtel

So I tried connecting it via USB to my PC. That works. I turned off the router firewal and connected it to the router. Still not working .
