Finally India’s 2nd largest GSM Mobile service operator Vodafone Essar joins the bandwagon of Roaming at PER Second.

Vodafone today slashed its roaming rates by nearly 55% and now Vodafone Prepaid GSM mobile customers who enroll into the Vodafone Ticket plan will be now charged at 1.5 paisa per Second or 70 paisa minute(Two Diffrent plan) for all incoming and Outgoing calls while on roaming with in Vodafone Network across India.

Vodafone introduces 2 tariff plan Ticket Plan(PER Second) and Travel Plan(PER minute). The Ticket Plan offers Local and STD outgoing calls to any mobile and Landline phones across India while roaming at 1.5 paisa per Second and Vodafone Travel Plan offers 70 paisa per minute for all Roaming callings. These reduced roaming tariffs spells huge benefits of approx up to 55% for all Vodafone mobile users enrolled under the Vodafone Ticket plan or Travel Plan.

Vodafone Prepaid mobile customers wishing to avail this benefit will be charged a Plan enrolment fee, which gives an incoming validity of one year. Customers will continue to enjoy these tariff benefits as long as they have incoming validity.

Vodafone Says “With National Roaming rates dropped, call your loved ones and say “hello” while you travel on one of the most extensive roaming networks in India with coverage in more than 1000 towns & cities across the country. So you´ll never lose touch.”
