I submitted a request to port my Vodafone postpaid to BSNL pre-paid on the 16th of Jan. I received an SMS from Vodafone saying that the request has been lodged and that they will revert in the next 96 hours. Now, I checked with the BSNL CSC at Bangalore and the number seems to have been released from Vodafone and has been alloted some account number with BSNL and that the porting in would be complete by today night. But I haven't recieved any port-in SMS from BSNL yet. What is the realistic time-frame for the MNP to be successfully done for BSNL? Its the fourth day now 🙂
