Received my vodafone bill for Apr-May, and the bill was inflated for about 79 ruppes stating that i had downloaded wapvilla_ppd & hello1_tvallsouth_. This is not something that i downloaded and on checking out the various blogs, it seems like a lot of vodafone customers are facing the same problem.
In jan again, there was a delay in changing my data plan, and i saw a bill of abt 961 rupees for my Feb - march bill. i had to haggle with the Vodafone customer care to get this corrected, and last month, i saw downloads from micromax that had inflated my bill to 176 rupees. what is vodafone's reply to all this? it is very irritating to see this happeneing every month, and I ve now decided to change my carrier and opt for a pre-paid plan. anybody who has received refund for the above issues
