vodafone k4505 is it unlockable? what is the price vodafone sells it?

I inquired about Vodafone K4505 3g modem at vodafone store . they have that model not available yet although vodafone India webpage shows it is available. although, the customer care guy said there is a modem available for Rs2200 which is not commonly purchased. Is it the price for K4505 with vodafone locked? My doubt is, whether this "K4505" model which Vodafone sells is "Huawei" make or "ZTE" make?Vodafone have no direct 3G services coverage in Kerala and only have coverage using Idea's 3g network.is this modem freely available in Kerala(vodafone store)? and is it possible to unlock this?

All modems are unlockable. There are unlocked Huawei or zte modems available independently too.
