Vodafone 3G server down?

Is today Vodafone 3g server down? I m not able to access from morning called up customer care they told problem in server many customers are not able to access they told it is down is it true anyone facing same issue as mine? Im from Mumbai network

I use 2G (Edge) network and even I couldn't access the internet the whole day on Vodafone.
