VMC AN1020-21 modem not recognizing my laptop

hello everybody to day Telecom JE come with VMC AN1020-21 modem he setted in internet explorer but my Dell studio laptop not recognizing this wireless modem he says me this modem not showng any laptops so i will give you another modem. but i think he is not know about this modem thats why he is fresher. so please help me how to connect VMC AN1020-21 modem to my laptop i am using window 7 operating system help me this config
 
Please check "Sticky" thread wa3002-G4 quick reference in this forum.
Go to No 8 Calcutta telephones web site and check teracom wifi routers.
probably same menu pages.
check white list is menu pages ( may be similar to C2110).
In WIFI uncheck White list or enter your wlan cards MAC addresss.

Confirm you tried LAN mode in any other system and could get connected to Internet.
 
Even i have the same problem. I too got the VMC AN1020-21 modem. I have enabled wifi on it, but i am unable to browse through it on my laptop or my phone. Both the laptop and the phone show the connection name but when i connect it says "unable to connect wlan not found". Can someone please explain how to configure
