Vista visual style editor / Theme creator

hi guys does anyone knows how to create visual style /themes for Vista.& which are capable to edit the current msstyles ?i want to create themes for vista, which should be directly compatible with patched uxtheme.dll. and doesn't require any third party software like windows blind , etc.i searched in google but didn't find any effective solution, a few pples suggested to use Restorator, which is nothing but a alternative of reshack ( a resource replaces) :Sany help would be highly appreciated.
