Kuldeep Singh, the driver of DTC bus who had lost his vision when he attempted to throw the bomb planted in his bus during series blasts of 2005, has got partial vision. Recently a philanthropist from Hyderabad sponsered his treatment and thanks to advancement in stem cell technology docs could restore his vision by thirty percent. As of now he can walk on his own, can take care of most of day to day activities and after a series of stem cell transplants docs hope he can have upto seventy percent of vision soon.-- RKS
