They say that I am on a long term benefit plan right now which they would need to kill to allow me to move to a HD plan which means that I would lose funds in my account. The guy on the helpline was too painful to talk to. Taking minutes for every single response. Could not even get details about how much money we are talking about here.

yup. i called up again. the guy said that the system is not accepting upgrade request. their backend also showed an error. he has forwarded my request to another department. he promised to get it resolved before 5pm tomorrow.
