Very Slow Speed & Frequent Disconnection

Hey guys,
Since last week I'm facing very slow speed and frequent disconnection. I've complained to BSNL but those fools only check the dialtone and assume that the broadband should work fine.
When I ask them to see the modem overview page regarding the signal & all, they behave like they don't know any shit about it.
 
your frequent disconnections are due to your low downstream SNR value.ask the lineman to change your line from the nearest pillar. some other methods to improve SNR are given in other threads of this forum.regading speed it may be due to recent submarine cable cuts.BSNL people can do nothing about it.

Their lineman is a fking idiot! My telephone has a lot of noise so I complained. He came and checked "uunnn...working..now its working". I tried to explain to him that the problem is "noise", "disturbance". They can't understand a simple fucking thing like that? I gave up finally.
