Very slow connection in Delhi?

HiI am using Reliance Netconnect BroadBand+ in Jaipur for 2 months now and I am impressed by the speed. However last week when I went to Delhi (South Delhi) I carried my Reliance data card with me and to my surprise the download speed in Delhi with the same data card was 11 KBPS 🙁Does anyone have any idea why this drastic change in speed happened in a metro city?Thanks
 
That is not supposed to happen, people get really nice speed in south delhi O_OYou sure its 11KBPS not 11kbps?Where exactly are you in south delhi>
 
I get 160kbps on the Edge network when am in Saket.Almost all network providers got good coverage here.Considered taking your DC to the Reliance service center which is in Saket J-Block market? I could give you the direct number to the Technical department,But, that number is exclusively for me 😛
 
Nope. Actually I stay in Jaipur and my visit to Delhi is seldom and that too for 2-3 days but I might talk to them next time I come to delhi. So pls give me the no if u can.Thanks
