Very LOW latency on BSNL.. WHAT!?!

From a past week or so i'm getting these kinda pings

Did bsnl change its routing or what?
 
bsnl sort of has gained direct peering with google. this happened few weeks ago.

as for the forum... forum has been hosted on a server based in india (mumbai) for more than a year now so well...
 
I dont see a problem with pings.. These are pretty good figures
