MTNL Delhi Very High Ping

From 4-5 months i'm getting very high latency on most of the server even in delhi that's strange even reliane server of mumbai gives 40 ping and delhi server of bharti airtel and nextra 200ms + w T **** ? :\

Previously i used to get 30-40 ping on bharti airtel server now 200ms +

Almost 70 % of the server giving high ping while some server giving good ping of 20-40

What wrong ?
 
i used to get 8-20ms ping on mtnl all over india just few days ago, now it goes as high as 900
 
Same here super high pings on mtnl from 18ms to 200ms :\
