HiIm using Sify's M256 (256kbps plan) - so far for 4 months I've been able to download @ minimum 25KBps. But off recently, it keeps jumping up and down from 25KBps to 10-15KBps : 60% of the time on the 10-15KBps.Sify engg came today and changed the LAN speed from 10Mpbs to 100Mbps and I started getting min 25KBps initially, but now again it drops down to 10-15KBps often before rising up to 26KBps.Any idea what else could be the issue ?ThanksPS: 2 weeks ago, the fiber link was down - this got rectified. Its after this incident that all this is taking place.
