I have a basic question regarding my UTSTARCOM WA3002G4 ADSL router
I want to edit the configurations by visiting 192.168.1.1, I do not have a input telephone line to router as of now. Will i be able to visit 192.168.1.1 and edit the setting without an input line to the router?
Let me explain what I have tried:
I switched on the router, no LED's glow apart from Power LED. Is that expected or DSL and WLAN are supposed to glow?
I connected a LAN cable from the router output to my laptop, I am unable to see any LAN network or any WIFI networks in my laptop.
I am unable to visit 192.168.1.1, I want to know if my router is not working or i need to have a input line to the router to configure it.
