Utstarcom UT-300R modem not connecting to dsl link

Hello guys,I am on ULD 1350 plan and my modem Utstarcom UT-300R is not connecting to dsl link but ITI DNA-A211-I is connecting and now i m facing disconnection issue. Also tried Linksys adsl+ router and had the same issue. What should i do now ? Help me plz.
