Ut300r2u Modem/router Problem???????

I Have A Ut300r2u Modem, 500c Plan,WINDOWS XP When Ever I Connect To The Net And Browse It Just Works Fine But When I Try To Download Large Downloads Using Utorrents, link-removed The System Suddenly Crashes Giving Me A Blue Screen I Strongly Suspect The Modem Bcz My Net Used To Work Fine When I Use Vsnl Net.BCZ OF THIS I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY FREE NIGHT SURFING(2-8) Do I Have To Ask For A Replacement? (or) Do I Need To Change Some Settings?Additional Inf:No Viruses I Use Kaspersky

are you trying to connect via USB? if so try via LAN

Is your XP updated ? If not download Service pack 3 from microsoft website and install.I suspect your OS and Hard disk drive.

..What was the modem model you used with Vsnl.net. ?
.....If you have it can you use it and try ?
......When you get the "blue screen " an error message will appear.
.......Can you post it here ?
........Which is the download Manager you use ?
...........Since you say everything was fine with Tataindicom BB connection,
.............Can you try a System Restore?

id go with mrbgupta i think it could be a problem with your OS
