There's a set list of apps that work exclusively on JioSTB and the rest do work on mobile, the apps that work on Mobile can be used on any network.
Eg. Hotstar, ZEE5, Amazon, SonyLiv, JioCinema, Hoichoi, Sunnxt, Discovery, and Netflix.
To activate your JioFiber subscriptions with these said apps, you need to access them at least once after every renewal on prepaid, or else it works normally on postpaid.

What happens when there are two subscriptions for the same registered mobile number?
Like i have standalone, direct subscription of Voot registered with my mobile number, and if that number is also registered mobile number with JioFiber?

Nothing really, the subscription with higher precedence will be considered.
There have been very rare instances where a new subscription overwrites the old one, so you might need to contact support for that one.
