Using Both Broadband & Dialup Simultaneously

Currently I'm on BSNL Home 250 plan 🙁 , just got it 2 days back.I also have a bsnl 2nd Bphone for internet, with which I can have unlimited data transfer, though at crawling speed but still unlimited.I can run both the connections on my pc at the same time. But how can I use the dialup for some apps like emule, and use dataone for browsing and other stuffs. Emule -> DialupIExplorer -> BroadbandAny suggestions, advices, tools you guys havePS. I have opted for Home UL 999 upgrade, but till then I'm limited at 400MB.
