Used Credit Card on International Site got blocked !

Recently i bought a premium membership on a International site (rather not go into which one :tongue: )
now after 10 days i got kicked off, could be racist for all i know, not many Indians on there or could be just i broke some site rule since i got too exited 😀 No reply on email from them. Just boom gon !
They asked a photo ID to be send to them before and then they allow for payment to take place via credit card.
i really wanna try again to join the site!
how do i join it again ? Tried to send them the photo ID again they did not accept it :
payment system was blocked.

If i were to send them my friends ID and made payment via my card will that work ? of payment will get flagged ?
 
I am guessing they do not trust Indian customers much because of bad previous experiences related to stolen cards and so on.
 
they got the payment, its suppose to be a one time life time fee, they never issued a refund, its probably breaking one of their site rules un-intentionally and being Indian they did not even bother with a warning and boom gon, plus bought the cheapest membership so.. :tongue: !
Would be really nice to join again though... 🙁
 
If the site has lot of users, and is widely used, they would not done this intentionally.
This happens on International Gateways for few basic reasons.
Their System is unable to verify your IP with your provided details in the signup/payment page and flagged it.
Their Payment Gateway when completed the Reverse Lookup was unable to Match the details provided by Bank to the info you have on file.
Their Risk management team/software found any bogus details on your Info and couldn't match it with the details they have from payment processor.
So if the site is a professional one, you can provide details and get unblocked and re-activated.
and if its a Bogus site, be prepared to get ALERTS from your bank for multiple International transactions in a day or two when your
details are used by them to do fraud payments.
If you have any option to BLOCK international usage in netbanking interface, you can block the CARD for international usage till you solve this.
Or get your card fully blocked.
If you know site is a genuine and gateway was secure, you need to provide correct details and get it approved.
International payment gateways get 1000's & 1000's of fake payments everyday and they have strict policy for people trying to complete payments
with bogus details.
If you do a charge-back that's a lengthy process and you would never be allowed to pay them again by your bank, (if this condition has not changed)

My problem is more related to how to get back inside the site than credit card related 😀

After sending them photo ID my payment was accepted, however they kicked me out after 10days...

Warning should have been issued but never got one.


Now since they ask the photo I'd to be sent to them before we can proceed with payment...is there anyway I can back in.

I tried send them my photo I'd again, they did not allow me to make a new account :\
 
At this point. If you'd tell us what site it is, maybe people would be able to help you. Seems pretty vague otherwise. 😛

Obviously, if they authenticate via photo ID, you might have to use a willing friend's or relative's instead of your own

Yup they allow membership via sending photo ID for us Indians lol 🙁

Know some members from other countries no such requirements until unless they going for the most expensive membership!
 
Right. Though from what I understand enjoying pornography for personal use is still legal in India.
 
But payment for these is not allowed according to rbi rules.
Read in my hdfc cc statement.
