Hi everybody!
I am a total n00b when it comes to networking. :confusion:
I plan to do a lot of downloading & have 2 different sify accounts available to use at the same time.
So I would like to know if its possible to use 2 different sify accounts to connect 2 PCs in my room to the internet at the same time using a single Cat5 cable leading out to the CTO's office.
I have no need for wi-fi & will be using Supersify client to log in.
If yes, how do I go about it & what are the requirements (hubs/switches/routers/cables, etc.)?
My setup:
2 identical windows 7 desktops with Network Interface Cards & Supersify clients
1 Cat5e cable terminated with a RJ45 plug leading out to the CTO's office.
Any networking scheme or links to tutorials/how-to guides would be greatly appreciated. :welcoming:
Thanks a million in advance for any help.:Boy Surrender:
PS I request staff to move to this thread here if it is posted in the wrong subforum. Thanks & sorry for any trouble caused.
