Usage check BSNL

Hello guys, I am facing a strange problem. On 21st October my Broadband suddenly stopped working. I registered a complaint, after 6 days of calling them, I finally received a call from them on 27th October saying that my username has been updated and password has been changed too.

They added _ncdr to my old username. I entered those new details in Modem and BB is back working but I am unable to check my BB usage.

My connection was old(from 2007), IP was in range of 59.x.x.x, and I used to check the usage on 10.240.43.216 without any problem.

Now since they changed my username/password my IP shifted to 117.x.x.x and I am unable to check the usage anywhere, neither on 10.240.43.216 nor on selfcare portal. I can still login on 10.240.43.216 with my old username and password but it shows my old username and BB usage is not updating, it only shows usage till 21st October, the last time my BB worked with old IP.

Any idea what is going on and what can I do?

Some details about my connection -
Circle - Meerut, UP West
Plan - BBG-FN-HOME-500-MONTHLY
Selfcare URL/Region - selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in
IP location is shown as - India Meerut Broadband Multiplay Project O/o Dgm Bb Noc Bsnl Bangalore (checked on whois.domaintools.com)

Current IP Check
If this is 117.xx.xx.xx
Register with your own choice of ID at selfcare.ndc web site.
Wait for Password in your email. ( may take a week )
( Check Spam folder also )

Hi, yes my IP is changed to 117.x.x.x and I am already registered on Selfcare portal since long. On selfcare portal too the usage is shown till 21st October only and nothing after that.One thing I noticed that on Selfcare portal still my old id is shown(without _ncdr), instead of new changed id... :\

Check again after a week. End of month/first week usual problem/complaintportals not opening !if you use FireFox browser check add on Data Fox.Author said he has modified it for selfcare ndc users. Not confirmed.In the old portal for abcd @dataone. in, records available for previous 6 months.So might have been retained.

Alright, I guess I will wait for some days and see whether they update their records with my correct username or not.Thanks.

I have the same problem for the past three days...and i logged in to 192.168.1.1 and changed my username and password form 'multiplay' to the original id & password provided by bsnl...now the internet works fine...but now its not manually connected through 'connect to' option in 'START' but gets automatically connected as soon as the modem is switched ON.Can i somehow reverse it to the manual connection....and also when i tried to log in the site 10.240.43.216 for my usage check, its says that'The user account has been suspended'....and selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in does not show current usage....plz help as i hav limited plan of 2.5 gb and i really want to check my usagecircle- haryana Plan - BBG-FN-HOME-500-MONTHLY

i already registered with http://selfcareportal.ndc.bsnl.co.in 4 months ago...!!
also how can i make the connection manually...as i dont want the internet to get automatically connected..!!
before this problem i was able to see the transfer bits(usage) but now due to this automatically connection...it doesnt show in the tray icon....!!

well i hav resolved the issue of manual connection....i just want to see my BB usage....usage is not being updated on self care portal, it only shows upto 28 nov...the day after which i couldn't login to 10.240.43.216 anymore...it says "The user account has been suspended".....what does it mean....????PLZ HELP..!!!
