Urgent!!!!tatasky Renew Problem

hi all i have recharged the Tata Sky connection as it was terminated due to non payment but now i have paid about 800 rupees but my connection is still not activated. my tatasky was offline when i asked him to renew but now its on for about 48 hours and with no luck. kindly do someothing and tell me what to do as i am not in india so i cant call customer services centre. i will be thankfull to you.
 
call up the CC...they shld be able to help u..
 
I Think they are having probs with online renewals and top upsI recharged my account as it was going to expire in 3 days and I keep getting msgs that my balance is only 15 rs.I called the CC and he said there is a prob but not to worry as the system shows the recharge but its not reaching the set top box?!?!?!
 
i have called them and they said your box id and digicard no dont match. is there anyone who knows a good technician? who can pair my box id and nds card no? i will be thankfull to you. I AM NOT IN INDIA BUT I CAN PAY ASWELL USING CREDIT CARD.
