hello guys finally bsnl has started bharat fiber in srinagar. i want to g for 40gbps whar download and upload speeds should i expect? also is the speed constant? will bsnl give me 2 static ip if i am willing to pay?

You mean the 50 Mbps plan at Rs 777? Upload and download is usually the same.
I don't think there's an option opt for static IP address for the 777 plan, but then if you opt for the 100 Mbps 1277 plan you do have the option to opt for a static IP address at Rs 2000 per annum.

what will you do with 40 gbps plan? Are you going to download the whole world data? Do BSNL even provide this plan?
thanks for the reply which ont will work best with 1277 plan. i have an old huwaei echolife Hg850a. is this better or should i buy a new one.
