Upload being throttled to 10mbps on DO Blr servers?

I recently noticed1 that for some reason my upload speed is limited to 10mbps (exactly) on DigitalOcean (DO) Bangalore (blr) servers. Speedtest to any other server like ACT Bangalore reports full speed 50 down and 50 up.

Anyone using excitel please check this link and report back.

I only get 200kBps upload speed on the Linode server this forum is running on. Haven't found a reason for that.
 
hmm. just tried with VPN and same. so maybe it's not excitel's fault at all. 🤷‍♀️

This is on BSNL FTTH 50 Mbps plan and over WiFi. Maxing out the connection.
 

I guess it was something random. Currently speed is back to normal getting 50 up and down. Will check again tonight and see if upload goes down.
