well it's not that big of a deal. any company can open an account on twitter.

it is how you use it is going to be important. if you are not going to respond to individual problems, it is of no particular use.

and like icici bank... just replying with the customer care email ID is well worthless.

heh. tata docomo has i guess done more than what reliance did at their launch. pay per second has practically changed the market. i went to the tata indicom center. no plans for postpaid users. makes me sad. šŸ˜€
 
oh it is good if postpaid customers are neglected because you can escape paying the Bills :rofl:
