Unable to Use internet on mobile when i logon on desktop

Hello friends,I am unable to logon on desktop and mobile simultaneously... I am using router provided by Beam Tele.When i logon on desktop i am unable to use internet on mobile..And when i logon on mobile i am unable to logon on desktop..What may be the problem..
 
I don't quite have an answer to what is wrong but have you tried contacting the Beam personnel so that they can come over and set it right for you ?
