I am using Office 365 business email for my business.

I am facing issues while sending emails to my clients.

The problem exists when the email is sent by using Jio Fiber internet.

But if emails are sent via mobile internet email no problem.

Please guide me way to fix it.

This is the error message received.

Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP.
[fe80::28ac:c272:6afb:254b] is a link local address, you need atleast a local routable address to send emails or a public routable address to send them over the internet.

This may or may not be because of the blackbox Jio Fiber installed at your place.

uncheck/disable ipv6 in internet options in your computer..
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections
disable ipv6 from network adapter properties

Now.. disconnect & connect to internet.
i don't know whether it will fix your problem.
