Unable To Open Threads

Hey sushubhI am unable to open threads in the main forums such as Direct to home, Cable television and Computers and technology. I can see the topics but when i wish to view them an error comes up that says i may not have accessI can view threads in their sub forums but not in the main forums.Could u fix that

can u give me some test links where you are facing this problem?i think many other people are facing the same problem.might have to reset the user permissions. it's getting quite complicated.

Its like i said earlier i can open threads in their sub forums but not in the main forums
I think this thing happens in all the main forums which have threads but doesn't happen the others 2 main forums which doesn't have threads

hmm. i am getting the same errors here. let me check in the backend. you might have specified the solution already. where is prathapml anyways. hmm. looks like a bug in the forum software. i will let prathap look into this. there is a patch available. maybe i will upgrade to it.

all would be gone if i upgrade to a new version. would require all the hack rework

noted, this would seem to be an access-related issue (i couldnt access those topics either, using this login.... but it works using an alternative username)no need to re-hack files - it partly is a reflection of our growth of users/groups & number of forums.this will be fixed by monday noon (first thing when am back in blore)

confirmed when looking into reason (& solution shud be usable soon).
Apparently, the backend believes there are only 4 members....

hmm, looks like either its due to the upgrade, or did it happen after u made the edits for installing hacks?

we can try installing the latest stable release. hacks would all be gone though.
