Unable to make Whatsapp Call - Pls help

Hi,

I just got Airtel Xtreme Fiber installed few days and facing a very strange issue - whatsapp audio calls are not going through when using this wifi.

The other side (person being called) can hear the ring but when the call picked up it just says "connecting"

Now luckily I also have another broadband at home (local ISP Smartlink) and when using Whatsapp on that network, I find no such issues... calls pass through without any issue.

To investigate further, I did some tests using two mobiles at home (Airtel called AT and Smartlink called SL)

1) Both phones on SL - Whatsapp call works fine
2) Phone 1 on SL and Phone 2 on AT - Whatsapp call doesn't go through
3) Phone 2 on SL and Phone 1 on AT - Whatsapp call doesn't go through
4) Both phones on AT - Whatsapp call works fine (Surprising)
5) Phone 1 on Vodafone 4G and Phone 2 on AT - Whatsapp call doesn't go through

I checked Smartlink Router (it's TP-link Archer A6) and could see that it had UPnP enabled and there was an entry for whatsapp (auto-generated)

So went to Airtel ONT (it's Nokia G-140W-F ) and under Applications > UPNP & DLNA - enabled UPnP/DLNA, saved and rebooted. Still same issues.

Airtel Nokia ONT has rest all usual settings, no tweaks by me apart from Wifi SSID and Password

I am really lost what is the issue here?
