Unable to get voice when making calls from BSNL landline to BSNL Mobile

I do have a BSNL FTTH connection and VOIP is configured over it
Unable to get a voice when making calls from BSNL landline to BSNL Mobile/landline
For other networks, it works fine
but for BSNL to BSNL i am facing the issue

Can someone assist me on this ?
