Unable to dial 0 after moving

Hi,

I moved my phone from one appt. to another in a bag and after moving I'm
suddenly unable to dial 0. pressing * gives 1, pressing 0 gives 2 and pressing # gives 3.
I want to be able to dial 0. What's going on ? Is some locking feature activated
by mistake ?

Its a CCK-pacetel basic-clip phone. with caller id display and I need to install 2 batteries for this to work.
I tried removing the batteries for an hour to clear away settings but that did not help, still not able to dial 0.
