Can anyone say wats wrong?

^ from the above post , I assume that he is ableto connect thru Dataone broadband without anyproblems - but unable to check his account usage .The screenshot says account is suspended but he is able to connect to the Dataone . This could be due to some mistake at NIB Exchange . Ask him to check account usageagain on Monday - and if it is the same then contact the local BSNL / NIB Exchange .

No he is not even able to connect to DataOne Connection.

Also he runs a cyber cafe. He has DataOne Broadband Connection in his Cyber Cafe.
He has a Plan HOME-256 UL Plus.
How come he has a Home plan, he should be given Business Plan.
Can this be the reason his account is suspended.
Even I used to use his account at night wen he use to close his cafe.
Can I come in trouble for doing so? I have Home-500 Plan?
Can exchange people come know who all were using the account?

^ yes , it is possible that his account has been suspended . and he might receive a notice soon .And Exchange people are capable of knowing whoused the dataone account [ from which phone ] .And they may not take any action against youif you have used it at home with friend's consent .[off topic] may I suggest to not quote the postsjust above your's . I feel that it is unnecessary ...
