Unable to check Broadband usage since yesterday

This is first time i'm facing the problem with dataone.in " Dataone Account Administration [Note: Access Available from DataOne Connection Only] " for broadband usage checking
http://10.241.96.195/webLogin.jsp visiting the site keeps on getting error as " System error! Please try later on. "
i tried with all address in datafox and Dataone Usage Finder v2.0 with no luck :huh::huh:
I'm running on ip 59.93.*.*
I'm from Andhra Pradesh
Is this the same case with other buddies on this ip range??

Yes. I tested for 117.xx.xx.
Presume you are not located in Hyderabad proper.
Please confirm ip is 10.241.96.195 or 10.240.96.195.
Any more other than what is listed in DataFox ?

I am able to check my usages properly. My IP starts with 117.
