Unable to change my password biggest shocking incidence

This is really a shocking incidence I am facing, I dont know whether anyone else has faced this ever, I am able to go to http://10.240.43.216, and I can even login and check my usage but I am shocked, I cannot change my password

I went to 10.240.43.216, entered my login details, and I was logged in successfully, I clicked on change password then I got those 3 text boxes, In the first text box, I entered my old password, then in the remaining 2 text boxes I entered my new password and I double checked this 100 times (1 hour) and clicked on OK after that IE pops up a window with the message "the password entered is incorrect" and in firefox also the same thing, there firefox window pops up with the same message "the password entered incorrect" in a window

I can change my password in dataone webmail but not in http://10.240.43.216 but I can login without problems

Sometimes FF gives problem/sDownload addon IETAB and IE LITE and switch browser from FF and again try.
