Unable to Change DNS Airtel FTTH

Somehow I am not able to change the DNS on my Airtel FTTH (trying to set AdGuard DNS at Router level)

Using Airtel Huawei HG8145V5 (DHCP Server Configuration-> Primary and Secondary DNS server)
I am based at Nashik but Airtel gives me IP address of Mumbai (checked via https://whatismyipaddress.com/)
DNS I am verifying by What's My DNS Server?

Can someone know the reason or solution for the same

Dns won't bypass airtel blocks.

It will be in the Services section generally in a Home router . Specify the router model and make before asking questions like this 😵 ?
