Guys, I am from Bangalore and on 256 kbps. For the past few days i hvnt been able to open this site at home. But the site is accessible from the office. At home i can access this site throght the proxy - http://anonymouse.org..Called up the cc and he advised me to d/l some dr. tcp, changed a few settings..but didnt help..Anybody in bglore facing the same issue ?

broadbandforum.co has been facing some downtime in the past few days. now its semi-stable. wait for a few more days until it becomes 100% stable. dont worry....everyone had this problem! 🙂
 
and please test using opendns servers. i have a feeling mtnl is having issues with their dns servers... 😕here are 6 dns servers i am using...4.2.2.14.2.2.2208.67.222.222208.67.220.220203.122.63.152203.122.63.154
 
Its not opening from any ISP's connection.. i've tried Airtel, Sify, Hotwire, Local cable guy, BSNL, MTNL :lol: it was not opening from any ISP... The domain name was not resolving... HTTP ERROR 504 !!
 
I haven't had much trouble with MTNL's DNS servers till now. But yeah using OpenDNS or 4.2.2.1 / 2 is a good idea.
 
its working as of now, 4.2.2.1; 4.2.2.2 takes a long time to resolve the names..but works
