UMG1831: Unable to send SMS/USSD

Hi,i am using UMG1831 for last 6-7 months. The net browsing is working well.But i am unable to send SMS/USSD through it. i have tried various versions of Mobile Partner and MDMA, but couldn't make it working. Even editing the DeviceInfo.xml didn't work.Firmware version for UMG1831 is 11.826.03.01.420Do you guys have any idea?Thanks,x789
